Chief Financial OfficerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and overall financial management. The role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk management, and performance analysis while ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency. The CFO will provide senior-level financial insights to support business strategy, investment decisions, growth initiatives, and long-term value creation. This position will also work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to establish financial priorities, strengthen internal controls, optimize capital allocation, and ensure compliance with applicable financial standards and regulations. Strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, and financial controls.Excellent understanding of financial analysis, cash flow management, risk assessment, and capital allocation.Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.Ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies and governance frameworks.Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage.
