Roessel Joy has partnered with an established construction company on a CFO position. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry, experience working in a multi-state environment, and experience working well cross functionally.

Responsibilities

Operate as a hands-on accounting/finance leader.Own the month-end-close process.Own the budgeting & forecasting activities.Manage the banking relationships.Support system/technologies improvements.Oversee accounting team members.Prepare financials for board review.Support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree.10+ years of experience.Strong staff management experience.Construction industry experience.Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well cross-functionally.
