Chief Financial OfficerCedarview Management is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee day-to-dayaccounting and support the financial operations of our privately held real estate development,property management and luxury hotel services. Our company thrives in student housing, retail, andhospitality with locations campus wide. In 2025, we expanded in the hospitality sector by adding aluxury boutique hotel, POSH on Kirkwood, to our portfolio. This is a hands-on role, working closelywith ownership across multiple entities. This opportunity is an IN-PERSON POSITION INBLOOMINGTON, INDIANA. Candidates must currently reside in the Bloomington area or be willing torelocate. This is not a remote position.Profile-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting-Kelley School of Business graduates encouraged to apply-5–10+ years of accounting experience-Strong knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting-Experience with privately held companies-CPA firm/public accounting experience or CPA designation is a plus-Strong Excel and accounting software skillsResponsibilities-Oversee AP and AR-Maintain General Ledger and perform account reconciliations-Prepare and review monthly/annual financial statements-Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables-Financial analysis-Maintain accurate records across multiple properties and entities-Coordinate with CPAs, banks, lenders, and other financial partners-Support year-end close, tax preparation, and audits-Improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls-Provide financial insight to ownership for business and real estate decisionsCompensation / Benefits-Salary Range: $112,500 - $165,000-Competitive Salary, Bonus & Benefit Package-401(k) with 7% matching, dollar for dollar-Dental, health, vision, and life insurance-Paid vacation and sick time benefits-10 Year Anniversary Paid Family Trip-Corporate discounts
