Landid LLC is partnering with a leading environmental infrastructure, engineering, and construction company to identify a talented Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team.Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will help lead the company’s next phase of growth, supporting a rapidly expanding platform growing through both strategic acquisitions and organic expansion. This position offers a favorable hybrid work schedule in the Anaheim, California area.About the RoleThe Chief Financial Officer will:Serve as a key strategic partner to the President and executive leadership team, helping drive growth, operational performance, and long-term value creation.Lead all Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls activities across the organization.Play a leadership role in M&A activity, including acquisition evaluation, financial due diligence, transaction support, and post-acquisition integration.Partner closely with operational leaders to improve project profitability, cash flow management, forecasting accuracy, and overall business performance.Lead ERP and financial systems initiatives that improve scalability, reporting capabilities, and business decision-making.Build and develop a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting continued growth.What We Are SeekingA bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including experience as a CFO, Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller, Divisional Finance Leader, or a comparable senior finance executive within a project-based business.Experience in construction, engineering, industrial services, infrastructure, environmental services, EPC, heavy civil, specialty contracting, or a similar project-oriented industry.Strong expertise in construction accounting, project finance, work-in-progress reporting, job costing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and cash flow management.Meaningful M&A experience, including financial due diligence, transaction support, and post-acquisition integration.The executive presence, business judgment, and leadership capabilities required to operate as a trusted partner to the President, executive leadership team, and board.What Makes This Opportunity SpecialJoin an established market leader delivering infrastructure solutions that protect the environment and support a more sustainable future.Play a central role in shaping the financial strategy of a company experiencing growth.Partner directly with the President and executive leadership team on strategic initiatives, investments, acquisitions, and critical business decisions.Help build the financial infrastructure and organizational capabilities needed to support the company’s next stage of expansion.If this sounds like a match with yoir background and career ambitions, please apply and attach your resume.
