This role will have ownership of both the accounting and finance functions and will play a key role in driving the company's financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong construction industry experience, multi-state experience, and a hands-on approach to leading the finance organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn and oversee all accounting and finance functions for the organizationLead month-end, year-end, and financial reporting processesOversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planningProvide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisionsManage job costing, project profitability, and work-in-progress reportingOversee banking, treasury, tax, audit, and insurance activitiesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and multi-state requirementsPartner with operations and project leadership to improve financial performanceDevelop and monitor financial controls, processes, and reportingLead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance teamIdentify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and overall financial efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experienceConstruction industry experience requiredExperience overseeing both accounting and finance functions requiredMulti-state experience requiredStrong understanding of construction accounting, job costing, and WIPProcore and Timberline experience preferredCompensation: $200K-$250K plus bonusReach out here and/or email your resume to Dave.Azzariti@RoesselJoy.com for more information.
