Chief Financial Officer

Felbridge Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing consumer/retail brand scaling across the UK and US, to appoint their next Chief Financial Officer. Backed by strong momentum and ambitious growth plans, our client is looking for a commercially minded CFO to join the Executive Leadership Team and help shape the next stage of the journey. From funding and financial strategy through to building the systems and infrastructure needed to scale profitably.What You'll DoFinancial leadership — full ownership of financial planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and working capital management, and statutory/tax compliance across multiple markets.Investor and board relations — acting as the primary point of contact for the company's institutional investor, leading board reporting, and playing a central role in future fundraising or exit planning.Commercial partnership — working closely with the founder and leadership team on pricing, margin, channel profitability and international growth strategy.Broader operational ownership — the role extends beyond pure finance to include oversight of Technology and Operations, making this a genuine CFOO-style position.Team building — building out and developing a finance function to match the scale and ambition of the business.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader within a premium or considered-purchase consumer brand.A track record of scaling a business internationally, including direct experience of overseas market entry, entity structuring, or multi-currency operations.Experience working with or reporting to a private equity or venture capital investor, including board-level reporting and investor relations.Comfort operating in a founder-led environment — someone who can partner closely and collaboratively with a hands-on founder, not just deliver reports upward.Prior experience with fundraising, refinancing, or exit/M&A processes is a strong advantage.
