Chief Financial Officer

A great UHY client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team within a growing organization. This role will provide both strategic and operational leadership across all financial functions while driving performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring financial integrity across the organization.The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role is an onsite position. This is a permanent opportunity offering executive-level visibility, direct partnership with the CEO and Board of Directors, and the ability to lead a high-impact finance organizationChief Financial Officer (CFO) ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute the company’s strategic planProvide financial leadership for growth initiatives, market expansion, pricing strategies, and operational improvementsPresent financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board of DirectorsLead and oversee all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, and treasuryOptimize working capital, cash flow, and overall financial performanceDrive improvements in business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-makingOversee and support a complex, multi-location financial and inventory environmentLead the implementation of a new ERP system (Acumatica) targeted for 2027Develop and maintain strong internal controls and ensure financial complianceBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance teamChief Financial Officer (CFO) RequirementsHands-on with prior CFO, VP Finance experienceRecent ERP Implementation experience (will require a full accounting team retraining and revamp)Experience managing complex inventory environments and multi-location (B2B) operationsStrong leadership presence with experience partnering with executive teams and BoardsDemonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvementsStrong financial acumen with expertise in FP&A, accounting, and treasury functionsAbility to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementUHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
