Location: Brazzaville (Open to nationals of Republic of Congo)Though titled CFO, this suits a strong Finance Manager / Financial Controller profile rather than a traditional CFO — leading a small finance team of ~4.Key Requirements- 5+ years senior finance leadership experience- Multinational/international business background- Big 4 experience advantageous- Strong leadership & team development skills- Food & Beverage, Services, or similar operational/commercial environments; Shared Services experience a plus- Strong financial reporting & accounting knowledge- Solid grasp of tax compliance & filing- Deadline-driven, structured, and detail-focused*Qualifications*- ACCA preferred; ACA not required*Attributes*- Fast learner, adaptable- Collaborative, works well with Shared Services- Strong English communication
