A team of experienced professionals focuses on creating secure working environments and long-term client partnerships.Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Arabian Dena Contracting. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting processes, manage cash flow, and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports. This role includes supervising finance and accounting teams, implementing financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis. The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, risk management, and investment decisions, while ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders, and continuously improving financial systems and processes.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance, including corporate finance principles and financial management.Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, with experience in long-term forecasting and resource allocation.Ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reporting, regulatory reporting, and presentation to executive stakeholders.Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate financial performance, assess risks, and support strategic decisions.Proven leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams in a complex, project-based or industrial environment.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are an advantage.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
