Chief Financial Officer | Private Equity Backed BusinessSouth Coast | HybridTalent Finance are partnering with an established and ambitious business to appoint a Chief Financial Officer as it enters an exciting new phase of growth.This is a key leadership appointment, working closely with the CEO and Board to help shape the strategic direction of the business while ensuring finance provides the insight, challenge and infrastructure needed to support continued expansion.The business has a strong established customer base, an evolving technology offering and ambitious plans for further UK and international growth.The RoleAs CFO, you will take responsibility for the financial and commercial leadership of the business, with a broad remit including:Partnering with the CEO and Board on strategy and business performanceLeading financial planning, forecasting, cash flow and performance managementProviding commercial insight to support growth and investment decisionsDeveloping high quality management and Board reportingStrengthening financial systems, controls and processes as the business scalesSupporting potential acquisitions and integration activityLeading and developing the finance teamWorking closely with external investors and key stakeholdersAbout YouWe are looking for an experienced CFO or senior Finance Director with a strong commercial background and experience within an investor backed environment.You will be a qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with strong Board level experience and a track record of supporting businesses through growth and change.Experience of M&A, business transformation, technology enabled services or SaaS would be particularly relevant.You’ll need to be strategic but equally comfortable getting into the detail, building strong relationships across the business and working closely with the CEO to turn ambitious plans into commercial results.This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business at a pivotal stage and have genuine influence over its future direction.Poole, South Coast base | Hybrid Up to £240,000 + Bonus + Equity + BenefitsAll conversations will be treated in strict confidence.
