In This Role, You WillFinancial Strategy & LeadershipOwn the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting across the Xebo.ai group (India, UAE,KSA, USA entities).Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team — providing financial insight to guide business decisions, pricing, and growth investments.Build and own financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning to support fundraising, board reporting, and long-term business planning.Lead investor and board reporting — MIS, financial statements, KPIs, and cap table/fundraise-related financial workstreams.Team & Cross-Functional LeadershipBuild, mentor, and lead the finance and accounts team; put in place the structure and processes needed to support a growing global organization.Partner closely with HR on payroll, compliance, and cost planning, and with Sales/Product on deal structuring, pricing, and revenue recognition.Represent Finance in customer and vendor due-diligence processes (RFPs, security/financial reviews) where relevant.Accounting, Compliance & ConsolidationOwn group-level financial consolidation — standalone and consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations across India, UAE, and USA entities.Ensure accurate, timely statutory accounting and closing (monthly/quarterly/annual) across all group entities.Own GST compliance, corporate tax filings (including UAE Corporate Tax), and US entity compliance (e.g., franchise tax, annual filings) in coordination with external advisors.Drive audit readiness and manage statutory, tax, and internal audits end-to-end — from audit planning through to closure of findings.Ensure the company's accounting practices and internal controls meet the standards expected of a global, investor-backed SaaS business.Treasury, Cash & Working CapitalOwn cash flow management, treasury operations, and banking relationships across multiple geographies and currencies.Manage working capital, receivables/payables, and vendor payment cycles to ensure healthy liquidity.Oversee payroll consolidation, cost analysis, and cost-flux reviews across the group. Corporate Governance & RiskEnsure compliance with applicable corporate, tax, and regulatory requirements across India, UAE, and US jurisdictions.Own risk management from a financial standpoint — contracts, insurance, forex exposure, and statutory risk.Build and strengthen financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls as the company scales.Understanding all the Indian Dubai gaps, Budgeting, We'd Love to Hear From You IfYou are a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12+ years of post-article ship experience, including experience leading a finance function (as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance leader) — ideally in a B2B SaaS, technology, or startup/scale-up environment.You have hands-on experience with multi-entity / cross-border financial consolidation (India, UAE, USA or similar) and are comfortable working across different regulatory and tax regimes.You have strong command over statutory compliance — GST, corporate tax, and audit management — and have directly managed statutory and tax audits.You have experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, and board-level financial communication.You bring strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate numbers into business insight for non-finance stakeholders.You have led and built finance teams, and are comfortable operating hands-on in a lean environment while also building processes for scale.You have high attention to detail and integrity, with a strong understanding of internal controls and corporate governance.You're a clear communicator who can work directly with founders, board members, auditors, and cross-functional leaders.You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Why Join Xebo.aiA true leadership seat — own and shape the finance function of a growing, global AI-powered SaaS company.Direct partnership with founders on strategy, fundraising, and growth decisions.
