Our client is a well-established multinational organization with a significant presence in Indonesia. As part of its continued growth and development, the company is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its senior leadership teamThis is a strategic leadership position with overall responsibility for the company's financial strategy, performance, governance, and long-term financial sustainabilityAbout the Chief Financial Officer position:Lead all core finance functions, including FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, controlling, and financial planningProvide strategic financial advice to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team, supporting key commercial and operational decisionsLead the annual budgeting, business planning, and forecasting processes, ensuring robust financial discipline and accountabilityDrive monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews, providing clear analysis of business performance, risks, opportunities, and corrective actionsOversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations, accounting standards, and Group reporting requirementsEvaluate major investments, acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and business opportunities from a financial and commercial perspectiveManage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, tax authorities, investors, and other financial institutions as appropriateThe successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Board, regional leadership, and other senior stakeholders, providing insight and strategic guidance to support business growthSkills and experience needed:An established finance leader with a strong track record in large, complex multinational organizations. Minimum 15 years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related disciplineRelevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent would be advantageousBig 4 audit training is preferredStrong technical grounding in financial reporting, accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and financial managementStrong English and Indonesian Bahasa communication skills are essentialApply now to learn more!HyreWise is an equal opportunity employer.
