With a strong reputation in the UAE market and ambitious plans for growth, we are now looking for a CFO to lead our next chapter.The RoleWe're looking for a CFO to own our financial strategy and be a true partner to our leadership and shareholders. You'll lead the finance function end to end, from reporting and controls to tax, funding and investment decisions, and help shape where we go next.What You'll Do* Set and drive the financial strategy of the business and its related entities, aligned with long-term growth and profitability goals* Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director, board and shareholders on all major business decisions* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across all locations* Own inventory and working capital strategy, including stock financing, cash flow and banking relationships* Evaluate investments, expansion opportunities and new business lines, with clear commercial recommendations* Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to shareholders, including projections and board packs* Build and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard group assets and minimise risk of fraud and error* Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, and lead all engagement with the Federal Tax Authority* Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, finance partners and regulators* Lead, develop and grow a finance team of 10+, setting clear goals and a framework for performance* Identify cost efficiencies and margin improvement opportunities across the business* Champion finance systems and process improvements as the business scalesWhat You'll Bring* 12 to 15 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior leadership role* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics* Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, CPA or CFA* Automotive, dealership or financial services experience strongly preferred* In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, with hands-on experience dealing with the FTA* Proven track record managing banking relationships, inventory financing and audits* Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or ACCPAC* Experience leading and developing a team of 10+ finance professionalsWho You Are* A commercially minded leader who sees finance as a driver of growth, not just a record of it* Confident presenting to shareholders and translating numbers into clear, actionable insight* Comfortable challenging the status quo and leading change* Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to run multiple priorities at once* A strong communicator who works well across sales, operations and management
