Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team at a leading manufacturing and contracting group of companies. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and lead a talented finance team of approximately 40 professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage 14 balance sheets across multiple entities within the group.Ensure smooth financial operations for the group, including international operations and beyond.Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Provide accurate and timely financial information to senior leadership for decision-making.Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Requirements

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification from the United States.Minimum of 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and contracting sectors, with significant expertise in managing large, complex financial operations.Proven leadership experience in managing large teams (approximately 40 members).Strong knowledge of group financial consolidation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.Experience working with international operations and cross-border financial management.This is an excellent opportunity to shape the financial direction of a high-growth, multinational organization.
