Apply & track with Apply EdgeA growing aviation holding company, Air Service Limited, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to support the development of its U.S. operations.The group operates across charter brokerage, aircraft leasing, aircraft ownership structures, and aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul. We are looking for a commercially minded finance leader who can strengthen the company’s financial structure, develop banking relationships, and support its next stage of growth.Key responsibilities:Lead the financial strategy of Air Service Limited and its related entities;Advise shareholders and executive leadership on financial and strategic decisions;Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and multi-entity financial reporting;Develop relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and external financial advisers;Prepare financial models, forecasts, lender packages, and financing documentation;Evaluate and structure debt, credit facilities, aircraft financing, leasing, refinancing, and other funding opportunities;Support financial planning for charter, aircraft ownership, leasing, and MRO operations;Improve profitability, liquidity, working capital, and capital allocation;Establish scalable financial controls, reporting systems, and governance processes;Oversee audits, tax coordination, financial compliance, and risk management;Build and develop the finance and accounting team as the organization grows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; U.S. finance/accounting education or a CPA qualification a key requirement — ideally CPA;Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate finance, banking, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements;Demonstrated experience with banks, lenders, debt facilities, structured finance, or asset-backed financing;Proven experience managing finance across complex multi-entity or holding-company structures, with a large number of legal entities and significant intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and consolidations;Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital planning;Experience working directly with shareholders, boards, investors, or executive leadership;As an advantage: Experience in aviation, aerospace, transportation, leasing, logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, or another asset-intensive industry;As an advantage: Senior finance leadership experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, or in a comparable role;Fluency in English and Russian;Strong judgment, discretion, initiative, and executive communication skills.We offer:A senior strategic role with direct access to shareholders and executive leadership;Base compensation starting from $200,000 per year + bonuses;The opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a growing international aviation group;Significant involvement in financing, aircraft leasing, MRO development, and U.S. expansion;A dynamic, entrepreneurial, and internationally focused working environment;Location: Remote, United States; Miami, Florida preferredPlease send us your CV to hr@asf.aero
