Fully Paid Employee & Family Healthcare, PTO, 401(k) Match, Paid Holidays, Relocation Assistance, etc.Why You Should Apply:Newly created executive leadership role with a growing organizationOpportunity to help lead the company through its next stage of growth, including M&A and IPO readinessSignificant influence over financial strategy, operations, and long-term planningWhat We’re Looking For:15+ years of Finance and Accounting experience with at least 5 years in senior financial leadershipSignificant experience within the defense/government contracting industryHands-on M&A, due diligence, and acquisition integration experienceIPO readiness experienceBachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredCPA, CFA, or similar certification highly desirableWhat You’ll Be Doing:Lead the overall Finance organization and financial strategyOversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, and financial operationsLead government contract accounting, compliance, indirect rates, and DCAA/DCMA-related requirementsPartner with executive leadership on strategic planning and continued company growthEvaluate potential acquisitions and lead financial due diligence and integration effortsPlay a key role in preparing the organization for a potential future IPOOversee cash forecasting, banking relationships, capital requirements, and working capitalProvide financial leadership around proposal pricing, contract profitability, and major business decisionsDevelop and lead the Finance team as the organization continues to scaleProvide financial insight and reporting to executive leadership and other key stakeholders
