Key Responsibilities
Lead financial management, reporting, budgeting, and forecastingPartner with the CEO and executive team on strategic planningProvide financial reporting and guidance to the Board of DirectorsOversee risk management, tax filings, and regulatory complianceStrengthen financial systems, controls, and long-term planningLead and mentor finance, IT, HR, and administrative team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMBA or CPA strongly preferred10+ years of progressive financial management experience5+ years of nonprofit financial leadership experienceStrong background in budgeting, financial strategy, reporting, and complianceProven leadership and team-development skillsAbility to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
