About the CompanyDubai-based trading broker providing global trading solutions with a focus on technology, regulatory compliance, transparency, and client trust.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, liquidity, governance, and overall financial management. The CFO will provide strategic financial guidance to the Chairman, Board, and senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute financial strategy and long-term planning.Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.Manage cash flow, liquidity, capital, and financial resources.Ensure strong financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk management.Oversee Finance operations and lead the Finance team.Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board.Drive process improvement, automation, and finance efficiency.Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA is an advantage.12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership/CFO experience.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and risk management.Experience in the UAE financial services/FX industry with knowledge of SCA requirements.Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
