Our client is a well-established engineering and manufacturing group operating in highly regulated and technically demanding markets. They are seeking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team at a pivotal stage in the organisation's growth journey. The role will report directly to the CEO and play a central part in shaping the future direction of the business.The group has experienced strong growth in recent years and is pursuing ambitious plans to significantly expand through a combination of organic growth, acquisitions and international development. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced finance leader to influence strategy, support investment decisions and help drive long-term business performance.The OpportunityThis is considerably more than a traditional finance leadership role.
