Location: Nariman Point, MumbaiExperience: 15+ YearsWork Schedule: 5.5 Days a WeekJoining: Immediate Joiners PreferredIndustry: Law Firm / Professional ServicesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced CFO to lead the Finance & Accounts function of a leading law firm.

The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, profitability, cash flow, taxation, compliance, MIS and partner reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and planning.Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow and working capital.Manage billing, WIP, collections, receivables and revenue realization.Prepare MIS, financial dashboards and profitability reports.Oversee taxation, accounting, audits, statutory compliance and financial controls.Manage banking, treasury and cash-flow requirements.Work closely with Managing Partners and senior leadership on financial and business decisions.Support partner compensation, drawings, distributions and profitability analysis.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team.Ensure strong financial governance, confidentiality and risk management.Ideal Candidate15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.CA preferred.Experience in Law Firms, Professional Services, Consulting, Big 4 or Partnership-led organizations preferred.Strong exposure to financial planning, MIS, profitability, billing, collections, taxation and compliance.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work closely with Partners and senior leadership.Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.Candidates should be comfortable travelling to Nariman Point, Mumbai and working 5.5 days a week.
