We're Hiring -Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Company: Vastu Vihar (TBCPL) Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) | MBA preferred Industry Experience:Real Estate / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleVastu Vihar (TBCPL) is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can take complete ownership of the company’s finance function and work closely with the leadership team.We’re looking for someone who goes beyond managing accounts and financial reports. The ideal candidate should understand the business behind the numbers, be able to identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide clear financial direction to support the company’s growth.### What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and fund management
• Review financial statements, MIS, costs and profitability
• Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
• Ensure timely taxation and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS and Income Tax
• Oversee internal and statutory audits
• Strengthen financial controls and risk-management practices
• Evaluate project costs, investments and financial feasibility
• Support the management team in major business and expansion decisions
• Build, guide and mentor the Finance & Accounts team
• Work closely with the CEO, promoters and senior leadership on financial strategy Who We’re Looking ForWe would like to connect with a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 15 years of experience preferably someone who has also completed an MBAYou should have significant experience in the Real Estate or Manufacturing industry and have handled finance at a senior leadership level.We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, analytical, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership—a finance leader who can understand the bigger picture while still paying attention to the details that matter.### CompensationWe believe the right experience and leadership should be valued accordingly.
