Firm | currently under $200M in Revenue. This company has BIG ambitions and a clear growth trajectory — with plans to 2-3x over the next 3–5 years! They’re looking for a finance leader who can help scale the business, build the right infrastructure, and support that next level of growth. Please note for this opportunity ownership is looking for candidates out of $300million + firms. As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).Compensation is based on experience:OPPORTUNITY #1 is between $200k - 250k base + bonusOPPORTUNITY #2 is between $300- 400k base + bonus🎯 WHO SHOULD BE INTERESTED?I'm looking to connect with:✅ Current CFOs, SVPs of Finance, and VPs of Finance coming from a General Contractor, subcontractor, or construction management firm.✅ Open to leaders from architecture, engineering, and related AEC firms who bring the right mix of financial leadership, operational understanding, and strategic vision.✅ Finance leaders with a STRONG controllership foundation and experience leading accounting and finance teams.✅ CPAs are highly preferredExceptional communications skills are required.
