📢 We're Hiring | Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | MumbaiA leading law firm based in Nariman Point, Mumbai is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function.📍 Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)💼 Experience: 15+ years🏢 Preferred Background: Big 4 firms or leading consulting firms⏳ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred📅 Working Days: 5.5 days a weekKey ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.Manage cash flow, financial controls, risk management, and cost optimization.Drive financial strategy, profitability analysis, and process improvements.Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.Lead and strengthen the overall finance function.Ideal Candidate ProfileQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of relevant experience.Candidates with a background in Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or leading consulting firms are preferred.Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial management, taxation, compliance, and financial strategy.Excellent leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.Experience in professional services, legal services, or a law firm environment will be an added advantage.Immediate joiners or candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
