As a key member of the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the financial strategy, driving business performance and ensuring robust financial governance across multiple jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted strategic and commercial partner to the CEO, providing financial insight and guidance to support business strategy, investment decisions and international expansion.Lead the development and execution of the Group's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and performance management.Oversee financial operations across multiple international markets, ensuring effective financial reporting, governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance.Drive profitability, cash flow optimisation, working capital management and operational efficiencies across the business.Provide financial leadership on strategic investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, new market entry and business expansion opportunities.Lead treasury, funding, liquidity management and capital allocation to support the organisation's growth objectives.Partner with commercial and operational leadership to evaluate pricing strategies, customer profitability, contract performance and investment returns.Strengthen financial systems, reporting frameworks, processes and organisational capabilities to support an increasingly complex international business.Build, develop and lead a high-performing international finance function, fostering a culture of accountability, commercial awareness and continuous improvement.Engage effectively with shareholders, financial institutions, external advisers and other key stakeholders.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking an accomplished finance executive with a strong combination of strategic leadership, commercial acumen and international financial management experience.Proven experience as a CFO, Regional CFO or senior finance executive within a complex, international organisation.Strong background within transportation, logistics, infrastructure, business services or other complex, internationally operating organisations.Demonstrable experience managing financial operations across multiple countries, currencies and regulatory environments.Extensive expertise in corporate finance, treasury, FP&A, financial governance, risk management and strategic investment.Proven track record of supporting international expansion, improving profitability and driving financial and operational transformation.Strong commercial orientation, with the ability to influence strategic decisions and partner effectively with senior operational leadership.Experience operating within privately owned, entrepreneurial or high-growth organisations would be advantageous.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.A hands-on, pragmatic and commercially focused leadership style, combined with the gravitas to operate effectively at executive and shareholder level.An internationally recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) would be preferred.#ChiefFinancialOfficer #CFO #ExecutiveSearch #FinanceLeadership #CFOJobs #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #SeniorLeadership #TransportAndLogistics #InternationalBusiness #FinanceCareers #LeadershipOpportunities
