Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, treasury operations, and regulatory compliance for a company operating in the mining and drilling services industry.The ideal candidate will bring strong financial leadership experience, in-depth knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, and a proven track record in project-based or asset-intensive industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning.Oversee financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and external audit processes.Manage cash flow, treasury operations, banking relationships, and funding requirements.Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT, Zakat, Withholding Tax (WHT), GOSI, and ZATCA regulations.Establish and strengthen financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.Oversee project costing, contract profitability, capital expenditure, and investment decisions.Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.Optimize financial processes and ERP systems to support business operations and decision-making.RequirementsSaudi Nationality is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CA.Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role.At least 3 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.Experience in mining, drilling, oilfield services, construction, or other project-based and asset-intensive industries.Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi taxation, treasury management, and financial governance.Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred.Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is strongly preferred.Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to apply or share their updated CV.
