Chief Financial Officer (HKD 70k/month + bonus)

Overall responsibility for the Greater China countries finances, leading the companies finance team and finance processes.Set and drive financial budgets and provide guidance and knowledge to achieve an optimized financial result.Timely and accurate finance reporting both to the MD Greater China and the CEO.Ensure that all regional financial practices are in line with applicable statutory laws and regulations.Ensure compliance with financial auditing processes in all countries.Manage and monitor controls, accounting policies and procedures to achieve full compliance with corporate policies.Support quarterly / annual audit processes through the provision of audit schedules and analysis of local legal entity results, inventory, costs, customer trends and other key business factorsDirect the cash management process including cash flow forecasting, tracking of cash forecast accuracy and best practices related to increasing overall cash flow.Control the HR functionsStructure the company so that it achieves the ISO and internal quality and environmental goals.
