A leading construction and real estate group is seeking a CHRO to lead enterprise people strategy across project delivery, corporate functions, development operations and multi-site workforce planning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead people strategy across projects, corporate offices and site-based workforces.Build workforce-planning and succession models for technical, commercial and project leadership roles.Oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, engagement, reward and performance management.Support growth, restructuring, new project launches and capability building.Ensure labour-law compliance, HSE-aligned workforce practices and localisation targets.Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.Requirements15+ years in HR leadership within construction, real estate, infrastructure or engineering-led businesses.Strong exposure to project mobilisation, contractor ecosystems and multi-site operations.GCC experience strongly preferred.Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.What's on OfferSenior leadership mandate with direct access to the top team.Competitive executive package aligned to seniority.On-site role within the MENA region.How to ApplyApply via LinkedIn with your updated CV.
