Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer — Supply Chain & Logistics, Portland, OregonOur client is an established, privately-held supply chain and logistics business that has recently taken on private equity investment to support its next phase of growth. As the company scales, it is investing seriously in technology at a senior level for the first time.This is a newly created, board-facing technology leadership role, offering the chance to build a function largely from scratch and shape how the business modernizes over the next few years.You will own technology strategy and execution for a business whose systems need to catch up with its growth. That means modernizing legacy ERP and core enterprise systems, building and delivering a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with the ownership group's growth plans, bringing structure and direction to a lean technology team, and partnering closely with the CEO, board and investors on major systems and digital decisions, all while respecting an established operating culture.We're looking for someone with proven CIO or CTO experience in a private equity backed environment, ideally with a background in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or industrial businesses. You should have a track record modernizing ERP and enterprise systems across a multi-site operation, genuine board-level gravitas, and a collaborative, low-ego style suited to a founder-led organization.Base salary in the range of $300,000 to $400,000, plus bonus and equity, commensurate with experience.This search is being conducted on a confidential, retained basis.
