OVERALL The Chief Information Officer of the Production Center (Center CIO) is responsible for overseeing all IT–OT–Data–Cybersecurity operations, ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 support for manufacturing activities. This role acts as the primary interface between the Production Center’s operational needs and the Group’s enterprise technology architecture, ensuring compliance, standardization, high system availability, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the factory environment.B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Operational Technology (OT) ManagementOversee OT systems including SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES, sensors, and industrial IoT devices.Monitor real-time production data to improve OEE, reduce downtime, and optimize line performance.Ensure stable IT–OT connectivity with proper segmentation aligned with Group industrial security standards.Manage the lifecycle of OT equipment, automation systems, and industrial infrastructure.Maintain zero-downtime requirements for critical manufacturing processes.Develop strategic orientation for the entire production system under ProC.2. Data, IoT & Industrial AnalyticsBuild industrial data pipelines from Device → Edge → Cloud, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.Collaborate with HO to deploy advanced analytics such as predictive maintenance and digital factory applications.Develop real-time dashboards, machine performance analytics, and operational insights.3. Cybersecurity & ComplianceImplement cybersecurity frameworks aligned with ISA-95, IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust.Work closely with Group Cybersecurity teams on incident monitoring, threat analysis, and vulnerability remediation.Execute BCP/DRP plans for OT and mission-critical applications.4. IT Infrastructure & OperationsManage production-site IT infrastructure: servers, network, cloud, storage, and endpoints.Ensure SLA compliance, ITSM/ITIL adherence, and strong IT governance.Support integration of ERP, MES, WMS, SCADA, BI, and other production-related systems.Work with Production, Maintenance, QA, and R&D on technology initiatives.5. Technology Strategy & HO AlignmentTranslate operational needs into technology roadmaps aligned with Group enterprise architecture.Contribute to Group-wide digital transformation (smart factory, automation, robotics).Ensure standardized reporting, compliance, and project governance per HO requirements.C. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. Master’s (IT/MIS/MBA) preferred.Proficient in English for professional and cross-functional communication.Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with 3–5 years in management.Preferably experienced in 24/7 industrial operations.Hands-on experience with ERP, MES, WMS, IoT, BI, and system integration.System-level strategic thinking with the ability to steer long-term engineering direction aligned with the Group’s production strategy.Sharp awareness of production technology trends and ability to translate them into actionable initiatives at manufacturing sites.Ability to design and execute technical performance improvement programs across all production facilities.Leads digital transformation strategy in engineering, including automation, IoT, and data-driven production platforms.Strong knowledge of OT technologies: SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES is plusUnderstanding of OEE, TPM, Lean, and production analytics.Proficient in IT–OT architecture and industrial troubleshootingKnowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust, BCP/DRP frameworks.Strong project and vendor management skills.
