The company operates as a leading wholesaler, eCommerce brand, and direct-to-consumer distributor of specialty products, and also owns, develops, and manufactures products under its own brands.The RoleThis is a high-impact executive opportunity for a senior technology leader who thrives at the intersection of technology strategy, business operations, and customer experience. The CIO will own the full breadth of the company's information and business systems, IT infrastructure, software applications, ERP platform, data architecture, and digital initiatives. Reporting to an owner, this individual will lead a team of nine, including four direct reports.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic design and long-term architecture of information systems, the ERP platform, and IT infrastructureServe as a member of the senior executive team, ensuring technology investments align with and accelerate company growthEstablish and own data architecture, system integrations, and business intelligence capabilitiesOversee risk management, data security, and disaster recovery planningBuild and manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts that balance cost, quality, and long-term fitDrive a culture of technology-enabled customer experience excellence across B2B and B2C channelsWhat We Are Looking ForAt least four years of senior technology leadership as a CIO, VP of IT, or equivalentOutstanding knowledge of modern technology stacks, including cloud, SaaS, enterprise platforms, and integration architecturesHands-on ERP experience with a track record of meaningful operational improvementsDeep understanding of data flow and core business processesStrong financial acumen, including IT budgeting and planningExceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesExperience in eCommerce or multi-channel B2B/B2C environments is highly valuedCultural fit with a high-energy, values-driven organization that prizes positivity, innovation, and a customer-first mindsetWhy This RoleThis is a seat at the strategic table in a profitable, culture-first company with genuine growth momentum.
