The incoming CIO will:· Own the enterprise technology strategy, with a long-range plan in development and waiting for its owner.· Help design the technology environment of a new flagship hospital from the ground up, the centerpiece of a multi-billion-dollar campus transformation and a once-in-a-career build.· Lead a modern platform forward: a recently cloud-migrated Epic environment, a major ERP transformation ahead, and an organization explicit that technology is designed in from the first drawing, not retrofitted.· Carry real standing: a seat on the executive council where institutional priorities are set, reporting to a CFO who has owned enterprise IT before and wants a partner, not a vendor.· Build a durable, governed cybersecurity program with full executive and board sponsorship already in place.The right leader brings 12+ years of progressive healthcare IT leadership, executive-level experience in a system of real complexity, working command of Epic, and ideally time inside a public, academic, or safety-net environment.
