Built on a rich legacy of quality and innovation, they foster a vibrant, people-first culture where technology directly drives everyday business growth.What You'll DoGuide the Technology Journey: Craft a clear, inspiring tech roadmap ensuring systems, investments, and teams are aligned to support long-term success.Master the Core: Take full ownership of enterprise architectures, including the health and evolution of their Epicor (Kinetic) ERP ecosystem and database environments.Empower the Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire an in-house team building a culture rooted in trust, technical excellence, and genuine support.Connect Digital & Commerce: Partner with B2C web and e-commerce teams to ensure backend systems seamlessly power front-end customer experiences.Protect & Govern: Drive cybersecurity strategies, data privacy standards, and governance to safeguard enterprise assets.Navigate Complex Partnerships: Guide external technology vendors, solution providers, and strategic transitions smoothly.What You'll BringIn-House Leadership: 10+ years leading internal corporate technology functions and departments (preferably in a privately held global manufacturer). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline (MBA or MS in IT is a welcome plus).Track Record: 10+ years of progressive technology leadershipERP & Systems Expertise: Deep experience overseeing enterprise ERP platforms (direct experience with Epicor / Kinetic strongly preferred).Technical & Business Savvy: Strong balance of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and web integration skills with a knack for translating tech strategies into plain-English business value.This is an overview, additional requirement and responsibilities may be required.
