Company Description Aranda Principal Strategies (APS) is a credit and hybrid solutions platform based in New York, with offices in London and Singapore. Established in 2024, APS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore. The firm invests across the capital structure, including senior debt, hybrid solutions, and equity in long-term credit platforms, and oversees LP commitments into credit funds. As of June 30, 2025, APS manages over US $10 billion, offering professionals the opportunity to work in a growing, internationally focused investment platform. Team members collaborate across regions and strategies to support disciplined credit investing and portfolio management.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) at APS. The CIO will lead the overall information technology vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm’s global investment and operational objectives. Daily responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, setting and refining IT policies and standards, managing technology risk, and ensuring system reliability and cybersecurity across all locations. The role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that support trading, risk management, portfolio analytics, and business process optimization. The CIO will collaborate closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and external vendors to evaluate and implement new platforms, drive digital transformation initiatives, and manage IT budgets and resource allocation. The position also requires monitoring regulatory and industry developments related to technology and data, and maintaining robust governance and documentation for IT systems and processes.Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and application ecosystems.Experience in IT Operations and IT Management, overseeing support, service delivery, cybersecurity, and vendor relationships.Proven ability in IT Strategy and Business Process improvement, aligning technology roadmaps with organizational goals and optimizing workflows.Extensive leadership experience in a senior technology role within financial services, asset management, or a related industry.Demonstrated success managing complex, global technology environments and remote teams.Advanced understanding of data governance, information security, regulatory requirements, and risk management in a regulated industry.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are beneficial.
