CIO | Technology, AI & Digital InnovationWe are seeking an accomplished CIO to join a global, technology-intensive organisation and act as a strategic technology partner to senior business leadership.This is a high-impact, business-facing role for a technology leader who understands how AI, data, digital innovation and technology can drive growth, product innovation and customer value.The roleYou will:Shape and execute the business unit's technology strategy in close partnership with senior business leaders.Translate commercial, product and operational priorities into a clear technology roadmap and investment agenda.Lead the business unit's AI and data agenda, identifying high-value use cases and taking them from opportunity through to measurable impact.Oversee the technology portfolio, balancing operational resilience with transformation and innovation.Influence enterprise platforms, major technology programmes, governance, cybersecurity and technology investments.Build strong relationships across business, product, engineering, data and enterprise technology teams.Develop and lead a high-performing technology organisation, strengthening capabilities across AI, data, digital product and enterprise IT.Who we're looking forYou are a senior technology executive who combines enterprise IT credibility with strong commercial and innovation instincts.Ideally, you bring:Experience at CIO, Divisional CIO, VP IT or equivalent level.A track record of partnering directly with senior business executives in complex, global organisations.Strong understanding of enterprise technology, transformation, governance and technology investment.Demonstrated experience with AI, data, digital or product innovation and their application to business growth.The ability to influence and orchestrate across a matrix rather than relying solely on direct ownership of large teams.Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Experience in healthcare, MedTech, life sciences or another technology-intensive environment is valuable, but adjacent industries are also relevant.We are particularly interested in leaders from environments involving complex engineered products, advanced technology, AI, software platforms, robotics, data-intensive businesses or technology-enabled services.The opportunityThis is not a traditional large-scale IT delivery role.
