With 2,000+ searches and deep industry expertise, we deliver high-touch service and leadership talent that drives long-term value.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO and fellow executives on where technology can accelerate growth, and where it introduces riskLay out a multi-year architecture and roadmap that pulls fragmented systems and data into one coherent platformBuild commercial technology, including CRM, customer data, and marketing and sales tools, as an integrated system that helps the revenue team win and expand accountsLead major ERP and CRM implementations through to full adoption, and set content and knowledge management strategy for customer-facing teamsCreate a single, reliable view of customers, along with the digital channels that let them engage with the company easilyMake AI part of how the company runs, from infrastructure and tooling to assistants embedded in every function, supported by training and clear governanceTransform an engineering culture and model so the team can build custom solutions when AI-assisted development makes building a better choice than buyingModernize operational and back-office systems, and introduce disciplined planning and governance for technology spendOwn security, privacy, resilience, and third-party risk, and create a quick approval path for new tools so teams adopt them safelyDevelop a lean, high-caliber IT team, shifting work from contractors toward a stronger permanent staffQualifications & ExperienceA track record of building or transforming an enterprise technology function, ideally through rapid growth, a change in ownership, or an acquisition, including post-deal systems integrationProven results from AI tools running in production, with measurable gains in output and business performanceDeep background in enterprise applications and platform strategy, including large ERP and CRM programsExperience building or leading software engineering teams with modern practicesExperience designing commercial technology in a B2B environmentWorking knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworksComfortable with ambiguity and urgency, with a clear preference for transformation over maintaining the status quoA strong communicator who pairs new process with a compelling story and brings skeptical stakeholders alongTechnical depth paired with the credibility to partner with the CEO, CFO, and functional leadersEntrepreneurial and curious about what AI makes newly possibleExperience in both a larger, mature organization and a leaner, high-growth one is a plusHow to Apply:Submit your resumeOur team will review your applicationIf your experience aligns with the role, we'll reach out to discuss the opportunity furtherEven if this role isn't the perfect match, we'll add you to our talent network for future opportunitiesAt NU Advisory Partners, we're committed to identifying and placing exceptional leaders in roles where they can drive meaningful impact.
