To support these ambitions, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, business-driven CIO who combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership and a proven ability to deliver results.The RoleAs CIO, you will take ownership of Manuport's global IT and digital strategy, ensuring that technology becomes a true enabler of business growth, operational excellence and customer experience.Working closely with the Executive Committee, you will provide strategic direction, strengthen the existing IT organization, and translate technological opportunities into tangible business results.Manuport's ambition is clear: to become a "digital forwarder with a heart", combining technology, operational expertise and a personal approach to customers.Your Key ResponsibilitiesIT Strategy & Transformation: Define and execute a pragmatic, business-driven digital roadmap aligned with Manuport's international growth ambitions.Technology & Innovation: Ensure reliable and scalable IT operations while driving innovation through data, AI, automation and digital solutions.Leadership & Change Management: Lead and empower an international IT organization, fostering accountability, collaboration and technology adoption.Business Alignment: Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Committee, bridging the gap between technology and business operations.Governance & Financial Management: Strengthen IT governance, investment prioritization, budgeting, and vendor management.Operational Excellence: Optimize existing platforms, processes, and infrastructure while preparing the organization for future growth.Your ProfileWe are looking for a business-minded CIO or senior IT executive who combines technological expertise with strong leadership and proven execution capabilities.Proven experience in senior IT leadership within an international, operationally complex organization.Strong track record in digital transformation, organizational change, and delivering measurable business results.Solid understanding of enterprise applications, IT architecture, cloud, data, and emerging technologies.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and results-oriented, with the ability to translate strategy into action.Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is an advantage, but not a requirement.Fluent in English and willing to be based in Belgium.Above all, we are looking for a leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
