The company’s services also include training, maintenance, web design, branding, photography, and video editing, offering clients an end-to-end technology and digital experience.Role Description The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading AridBeep’s overall information technology vision and strategy. The CIO will oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, security, and systems that support internet connectivity services and digital solutions. This role will drive technology roadmaps, ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business goals, and optimize business processes across service lines. The CIO will manage IT teams and vendors, set standards for performance and cybersecurity, and ensure scalable, reliable service delivery to campuses and small businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating emerging technologies, defining policies, managing IT budgets, and collaborating with executive leadership to support innovation and long-term growth.Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology and IT Operations, with experience managing infrastructure, networks, and systems.Proven IT Management skills, including leading distributed teams, vendor management, and overseeing complex technology environments.Demonstrated expertise in IT Strategy and Business Process optimization, aligning technology initiatives with organizational objectives.Experience in internet connectivity services, consultancy, or related IT service sectors is highly beneficial.Advanced understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are an advantage.
