Employer DescriptionOur client designs, manufactures, exports, distributes heavy equipmentJob DescriptionDevelop and execute the Group-wide technology strategy aligned with corporate objectivesDrive digital innovation and technology-enabled operational excellence across the business.Lead technology governance, architecture and standards across the business.Own and oversee the global SAP transformation programme, including deployment, optimisation, adoption, governance and benefits realisation.Ensure the successful implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP S/4HANA Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, end-user support, applications and securityEstablish and maintain a scalable, secure and resilient digital foundationLead the Group’s cybersecurity strategy, information-security governanceDirect enterprise-wide disaster recovery, business continuity, IT risk management and cyber-incident preparedness.Define and execute the data and analytics strategyOversee enterprise architecture, infrastructure, networks, cloud services, applications, end-user computing and service-management capabilitiesDevelop and manage IT budgets and resourcesPrepare accurate and timely executive, Board and governance reports on technology strategyUse data and analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance gapsQualificationsDegree Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering or Business ManagementCertifications: ITIL, COBIT, Project Management, SAP and Cloud TechnologiesCertification in IT Security, IT Governance or Enterprise ArchitectureSkillsA minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in information technology management,At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with accountability for enterprise or multi-site IT operations across all technology disciplines.Demonstrated experience in developing and executing enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data and ERP strategies.Proven leadership of a major SAP S/4HANA or comparable enterprise ERP implementation,Experience in technology governance, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, cloud services, applications, end-user support, service management, vendor management and commercial negotiations.Sound knowledge of cybersecurity, information-security management, data governance, privacy, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT risk and regulatory complianceLocal and international travel especially across projects.Salary/PackageR1 500 000 – R2 100 000 Experience DependentEmail: tracycv@pcs-sa.co.za
