We power the nation’s largest and most complex tech projects- and our people are at the heart of it all, We invest in top talent, fostering a supportive environment where technological expertise, continuous professional growth, and uncompromised quality thrive.If you're looking for a stable home where your talent directly impacts meaningful projects, your next step starts here.About the Role:NESS is looking for a CISO to be responsible for the overall information security policy of the hospital and for developing and implementing a strategic cybersecurity and information security plan.Lead and manage the Information Security team and drive security initiatives across medical and technological information systems and organizational processes.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Information Security, including management experience.Experience leading Cybersecurity Architecture and GRC.Proven project management experience.Experience implementing and managing security technologies in collaboration with a SOC.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISO, DPO, CCIE or equivalent experience.Bachelor’s degree in a technological field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems).Previous experience as a CISO in a medical/healthcare organization.Knowledge of information security standards and regulations, including ISO 27001/27799, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS and SOX.Previous CISO experience in a healthcare organization – Significant advantage
