Chief Information Security Officer

Our client a leading Multinational listed Corporate is a well respected business house with an impeccable track record of growth and leadership status in many of the businesses they are globally.We are looking for a CISO to strengthen and drive the organization's enterprise security agenda.

About the Role

The CISO will work closely with the Group CISO to shape cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management and resilience across the Group, with primary ownership of cybersecurity.The role will focus on protecting critical digital assets, business applications, infrastructure and operational technology while enabling secure business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Strategy & GovernanceShape and execute the Group’s cybersecurity strategy in line with enterprise risk priorities.Develop and maintain security policies, standards and frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST and other relevant practices.Establish cybersecurity maturity plans and drive their implementation across Group entities.Cyber Risk & Regulatory ComplianceIdentify, evaluate and manage cyber risks, providing regular updates to senior leadership and Board-level committees.Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory, contractual and statutory cybersecurity obligations across different geographies.Security Operations & Cyber ResilienceProvide leadership for the Group’s SOC, threat intelligence, incident management and cyber crisis response capabilities.Strengthen disaster recovery, business continuity and cyber resilience for critical systems and infrastructure.Technology & Security ArchitectureProvide security direction for cloud environments, OT/industrial systems, IT infrastructure and digital transformation programs.Review and approve secure architecture approaches and enterprise security solutions.Group Security GovernanceEstablish an effective federated cybersecurity governance structure across subsidiaries.Drive enterprise security initiatives, third-party risk management and vendor assurance programs.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with senior leadership and Board committees on cybersecurity risks, priorities and investments.Build strong cybersecurity teams and develop a sustainable talent pipeline.Candidate Profile:20–25 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity leadership.Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or Renewable Energy environments preferred.Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity within large, diversified or multi-business organizations.Strong expertise in OT/industrial security, cloud security and large-scale SOC operations.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CCISO would be preferred.
