Chief Investment Officer — Single Family Office 📍 Dubai, UAE | 💰 AED 900,000 – 1,800,000 per annum (tax-free) + housing, schooling, and performance-based incentivesA prominent single family office based in Dubai is seeking a Chief Investment Officer to lead its investment strategy across public markets, private equity, venture capital, and real estate.This is a rare, high-trust mandate. You will work directly with the family's principals, own the full investment strategy, and have genuine influence over capital allocation — not a layered institutional reporting line.What you'll do: 🔹 Define and execute investment strategy across all asset classes 🔹 Source and lead direct investments and co-investment opportunities 🔹 Manage relationships with fund managers, banks, and advisors 🔹 Own portfolio risk, performance, and reporting to the principals 🔹 Build the family's external network and proprietary deal flowWhat you'll bring: ✔️ 15+ years in investment management, private equity, or a family office ✔️ 5+ years at CIO or senior investment leadership level ✔️ Multi-asset class expertise and total comfort operating with high autonomy ✔️ Absolute discretion — this is a non-negotiable requirement ✔️ CFA, CAIA, or equivalent qualification ✔️ GCC or Middle East family office experience strongly preferred but will consider other key locationsPackage: AED 900,000 – 1,800,000 base (tax-free), with housing, children's schooling, and transport typically included.
