Role Description The Chief Learning Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for setting the overall learning and development strategy for the organization. This role oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, leadership development initiatives, and learning technologies to support organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership, guiding instructional design and curriculum development teams, analyzing learning data and metrics, and ensuring programs are aligned with business priorities. The Chief Learning Officer will manage budgets and vendor relationships, champion a culture of continuous learning, and provide direction on talent development and succession planning across the organization.QualificationsStrong experience in Training & Development and Training, with a proven ability to build and scale learning programs.Expertise in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development, including modern digital and blended learning approaches.Background in Leadership Development, with experience creating programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.Demonstrated strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.Ability to use learning analytics and performance data to drive decisions and improve program effectiveness.Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote team management capabilities.Experience implementing learning management systems or enterprise learning technologies.Advanced degree in Education, Organizational Development, HR, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with significant leadership experience in L&D or talent development.
