You will lead a high-performing marketing team, optimizing CAC, retention, and LTV while scaling our consumer reach in the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Performance Marketing: Drive customer acquisition strategies across digital channels, optimizing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).Brand & Positioning: Elevate our brand identity, positioning our platform as the top lifestyle membership experience in the region.Member Engagement & Retention: Develop lifecycle marketing and CRM campaigns that enhance user retention and maximize customer lifetime value.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing, content, and communications team.Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with product management to launch new features, partnerships, and membership tiers.What We Are Looking For8+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably within SaaS, subscription-based products, mobile apps, or B2C digital platforms.Proven track record of scaling user growth and managing multi-channel marketing budgets.Strong balance of analytical rigor (data, metrics, conversion funnels) and creative brand building.Experience in the UAE / MENA regional market is highly advantageous.Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on, collaborative mindset.What We OfferCompetitive executive compensation package + annual incentives.Comprehensive benefits package (Private health insurance, annual flights, etc.).Vibrant, modern office environment in prime Jumeirah, Dubai.Opportunity to lead marketing for a market-defining lifestyle ecosystem.A supportive, ambitious, and energetic team culture.
