Chief Marketing Officer

Eminence Real Estate is looking for a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to take full ownership of our marketing function — from lead generation and performance marketing to brand strategy, social media and overall market positioning.Apply ONLY if you have 8–10+ years of experience at CMO / Senior marketing leadership level within Dubai Real Estate.

Requirements

Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns with measurable results.Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, lead funnels, campaign optimisation and ROI.Ability to lead and develop the company’s brand strategy, social media presence and overall marketing direction.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage the marketing team, agencies and external partners.Must be highly autonomous, proactive and decisive — able to take complete ownership of marketing without requiring constant involvement or direction from the Partners.Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, developers, projects, buyer behaviour and competitive landscape.Commercially minded, data-driven and able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.We need someone who can strategise, execute, analyse and deliver — not simply manage day-to-day marketing activities.📍 Dubai, UAE💼 Full-time | Salaried Position
