We’re Hiring! | Chief Medical Officer (CMO)Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Must currently reside in Riyadh )Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary, highly accomplished, and Riyadh-based Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the medical strategy, clinical operations, and governance of our brand-new, state-of-the-art private hospital.As a licensed Medical Doctor with extensive leadership experience, you will play a pivotal role in commissioning the hospital from scratch—shaping clinical workflows, recruiting top-tier medical talentKey Responsibilities- Oversee the medical planning, clinical zoning, and procurement of medical equipment from the ground up. Define and implement clinical workflows, policies, bylaws, and procedures prior to launch.-Lead the recruitment, credentialing, and privileging of a high-caliber medical team (Consultants, Specialists, and Resident Doctors) both locally and internationally.-Optimize clinical resource allocation, manage the medical budget, and collaborate with the executive team to ensure financial viability without compromising care quality.-Foster a patient-centric culture focused on clinical excellence, empathy, and seamless service delivery.Qualifications: - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).- Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Medical Management (MMM), or an Executive MBA. - Minimum 7 years of overall experience in a clinical and medical setup.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: info@hireandwire.com Please mention "Chief Medical Officer" in the subject line.
