Job Description

Lead and develop medical and clinical strategies aligned with the company’s goalsEnsure excellence in healthcare quality, patient safety, and compliance with national and international regulationsSupervise and provide guidance to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionalsEstablish and monitor clinical performance indicators to continuously improve service qualityDevelop training and professional development programs for medical staffProvide strategic input to the executive management on medical innovations and investmentsQualification:Medical Doctor (specialist preferred) with extensive clinical experience; additional qualifications in healthcare management are a strong plusMinimum 15 years of professional medical experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership rolesIn-depth knowledge of hospital accreditation, healthcare regulations, and international best practicesStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives
