Chief Medical Officer

About the RoleFatima Group is looking for an experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to oversee employee healthcare services at its Head Office. The role will be responsible for employee medical assessments, healthcare coordination, medical claims and bills management, hospital/doctor networking, and providing medical guidance to HR and management.The CMO will also play a key role in employee wellness, preventive healthcare, medical governance, and emergency preparedness and response.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial medical checkups and health assessments of employees and coordinate further medical care where required.Evaluate medical conditions and facilitate referrals to appropriate specialists and hospitals.Provide medical advice and guidance to HR and management on employee health-related matters.Review, verify, and approve employee medical bills and claims in accordance with company policies.Ensure the accuracy, authenticity, and cost-effectiveness of medical claims.Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure smooth medical reimbursement processes.Develop and maintain professional relationships with reputable hospitals, clinics, and specialist doctors.Act as the focal point for coordination between Fatima Group and external healthcare providers.Provide medical input for employee wellness, health screening, and preventive healthcare initiatives.Support management during medical emergencies and critical employee health situations.Develop and maintain medical emergency response plans, including pandemic, epidemic, and other large-scale health risks.Provide medical leadership and guidance during health emergencies to support employee safety and business continuity.Qualifications & ExperienceMBBS from a recognized medical institution, with specialization in Medicine.FCPS qualified (Internal Medicine)Proven experience in clinical assessment, medical administration, and employee healthcare management.Strong professional network with hospitals, consultants, clinics, and healthcare providers.
