The organization is looking for someone who can balance clinical quality, operational performance, and the needs of the communities it serves.A Few Highlights:Executive Compensation: $425,000 to $520,000 annually, (DOE)Provide executive oversight for Medical Management, Quality, Utilization Management, and Population HealthHelp shape clinical strategy and improve outcomes for Medi-Cal and Medicare membersPartner with leadership to improve healthcare quality, patient outcomes, operational performance, and member experienceBuild strong collaborative relationships with physicians, providers, and community partnersLead and mentor physician leadership teams while fostering accountability, innovation, and engagementSupport accreditation, compliance, quality improvement, and performance optimization effortsThe Ideal Candidate:MD and Board Certification in a medical specialty, requiredActive California medical license, required12+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience within healthcare or managed care environments7+ years experience working with Medi-Cal and Medicare populationsStrong strategic leadership, communication, collaboration, and operational decision-making skillsExperience with quality improvement, utilization management, and population health initiatives preferredA collaborative, hands-on leadership style with the ability to navigate complex clinical and operational challengesLocation & Lifestyle:This role is located in Northern California. You must either reside in Northern CA or be willing to relocate in order to qualify for this position.
