Join WinnMed as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)! WinnMed is an independently led, fast growing health care organization, and we’re looking for an inspiring, strategic nursing leader to join our team as Chief Nursing Officer.The CNO will oversee nursing services across the hospital and affiliated clinics while championing quality, patient safety, staff engagement, recruitment and retention, and evidence-based care. This visible, collaborative leader will work closely with nurses, physicians, administrators, and community partners to strengthen care delivery and support WinnMed’s continued growth. We’re seeking a leader with:Proven success in culture improvement, recruitment and retentionExperience leading quality and patient safety initiativesStrong collaboration, communication, and change-management skillsExpertise in workforce planning and resource allocationNursing leadership experience, ideally in a rural or community hospitalExperience across multiple clinical settingsRequired: Iowa RN license, baccalaureate nursing degree, master’s degree (or commitment to obtain within two years), and a minimum of five years of nursing leadership experience with line management responsibility.Ready to make an impact at WinnMed?
