The organization invests in innovation, research, digital health, and medical education, enabling collaborative care while preserving the values and heritage that define each brand.Role Description The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at KIMSHEALTH, Trivandrum is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing all nursing services and ensuring high standards of patient care. The CNO leads nursing strategy and operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and workflow optimization across departments. This role involves developing and implementing nursing policies and clinical protocols aligned with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational quality goals. The CNO collaborates closely with medical leadership and multidisciplinary teams to drive patient safety initiatives, evidence-based practice, and continuous quality improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring nursing leaders, supporting professional development, managing performance and engagement, monitoring clinical outcomes, and promoting a culture of compassion, accountability, and patient-first care.Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, including team building, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive change across complex clinical environments.Comprehensive clinical nursing expertise, with a track record of overseeing patient care, nursing workflows, and implementation of evidence-based practices.Demonstrated experience in quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, including familiarity with accreditation standards, clinical governance, and risk management.Strategic planning and operational skills, such as workforce planning, budgeting, resource optimization, and performance monitoring in large healthcare settings.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to engage and influence multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (or equivalent), with valid nursing registration in India; additional leadership or management certifications are an advantage.Significant experience in senior nursing leadership roles within tertiary or multispecialty hospitals, preferably in integrated healthcare systems.Commitment to continuous learning, digital health adoption, innovation in care delivery, and
